I am certified of Nebosh IGC (HSE Certification UK) IOSH MS (HSE Certification UK), ISO 9001 (Quality Certification) ISO 14001 (Environment Certification) ISO 18001 (Health & Safety certification) HSBC (UK) Food Safety and many more certification in HSE and also approved trainer in HSE.

I am responsible of the Quality of all the products displayed on my website. I always make sure that any low quality product shouldn’t be displayed on my store and if in-case we need to display any low quality product, we should write all correct info in description of the product. I also have a team of Quality Assurance to test products and then display on my website.

Although we have a best system to test and approve products but if in-case you found any product which is not meeting with it’s description displayed under product. Return Policy

No Demands, No Limitations we simply return our products within 3 days after you received, if it is not used but …

Please email us at return@zaroorisaman.com or call us at 0333 7111630 and then send item back once we confirm to you by email with below conditions

1. We will pay 1st and 2nd delivery charges
   1. If it is our mistake like we misguide you and product quality is not as we wrote in description or in email (phone or oral conversation is not acceptable by any person), we will pay return delivery charges but it should be send by TCS or our recommended courier services.
2. You will pay 1st and 2nd delivery charges
   1. If product is matching with it’s description mentioned on the website or in email (phone or oral conversation is not acceptable by any person), then you are responsible to pay delivery charges of 1st time when we sent you this product (even if it was free delivery for you but actually it was not free for us) and also you will pay delivery charges and send to us.

Note: if product is late by courier company we are not responsible of this but still you can return it but in this case you have to pay courier charges.
